Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the implementation of the strategic sales plan focused on securing new business opportunities with Saudi Arabia for Industrial Scientific's gas detection solutions.
It includes also identifying, managing, and evaluating current and new distribution channels. This position will report to the Senior Regional Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on securing new business opportunities with Saudi Aramco for Industrial Scientific's gas detection solutions.
- Possess in-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco's specific needs and challenges related to gas detection in their operations.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-making leaders within Saudi Aramco, including engineers, safety managers, IT, CSD, P&CSD, Loss Prevention and procurement personnel.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Industrial Scientific's gas detection solutions and their value proposition for Saudi Aramco's needs.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts for leasing of gas detection, service agreements, subscriptions, rentals and related offerings.
- Manage and exceed assigned sales quotas for gas detection solutions within the Saudi Aramco, SABIC and its affiliates and their contactors.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Industrial Scientific's gas detection product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the oil & gas or process industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complexB2B environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Fluent speaker in Arabic and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Frequent travel required
