Al Borg Diagnostics, a reputable healthcare company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead for the Central Region.

As the Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing and managing customer-centric strategies and initiatives.


In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.

You will also play a key role in shaping and maintaining a customer-focused culture within the organization. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have strong leadership and analytical skills, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience or customercentric roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence others.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing customer experience initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience best practices and methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
