Qawafel is a B2B marketplace that connects suppliers with buyers in the confectionery space.

We're focused on making it easy for suppliers to sell their products through our platform and to manage their sales orders, access trade financing, and scale their deliveries across Saudi Arabia.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Intern to join our team and help us deliver outstanding customer experiences to our suppliers and buyers.


As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll work closely with our CX Analyst to ensure that our suppliers and buyers have a seamless experience when using our platform.

You'll be responsible for responding to inquiries and resolving issues through our customer support channels, conduct research, capture data, conduct interviews, and attend meetings as part of your daily routine.

You'll also assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and you'll help us create and implement new processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn from and assist the CX team.

To be successful as an Intern, you should prove that you have the capacity to be a self-learner and be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in creating and implementing new processes to improve the overall customer experience
  • Help maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in our CRM system
  • Contribute to the development of customer support materials, including FAQs, tutorials, and other documentation
  • Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Performing research to gather insights about customers.
  • Conducting interviews and doing surveys.
  • Updating reports and assisting in creating dashboards.


The internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer experience and e-commerce, and to learn from experienced professionals in the field.

At the end of the internship, there may be an opportunity to transition to a full-time role with Qawafel, depending on performance and company needs.

  • Full proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Preferred: B.Sc./Diploma in business administration, information systems or related fields.
  • A final year student or recent graduate.
  • Interest in customer experience, marketing, or ecommerce
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or google suite.
  • Punctuality, time management and ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Ability to take initiative, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems and take decisive actions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
