Short Description (Role Purpose)

Direct the department of sales B2B, D2C and JETK in align towards the mission of the organization by forecasting and developing annual sales for all the sector. Design sales strategies and managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base towards the business, Domestic and JETK sector and ensure its strong presence.
- Oversee Sales development strategy for the annual plan to meet the key business objective of the organization.
- Reach the Sales revenue from each quarter of the year to fulfill the annual revenue expectations.
- Achieve the monthly and annual targets to reach the expected revenue in all possible sector.
- Make Sales Mangers and after sales manager to be responsible for the collection through after sales team, to collect fees from the client to make steady the revenue of the company and to provide salary to our healthcare workers.
- Drive the recruitment team to achieve the monthly and annual target to bring required manpower from various nationalities.
- Assigning Sales target for the Sales Managers (Business, Domestic and JETK) to meet Annual Sales Target and expected revenue.
- Frame KPI for the Sales manager to cover Sales target, Customer satisfaction, Revenue and Quality
- Identify the new sector for more manpower need we support through market analysis.
- Expand a substantial customer base from new and existing sector by signing agreement or MoU with business or individual clients.
- Analyze Market need through feedback from more potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their current needs and future needs.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Report Forecast based on market analysis to executive committee to plan for future development of an organization, 5 years plan and framing target and organizational effectives needs.
- Report the sales department activities such as sales order, clients, sales, collection, customer satisfaction, no. of exists from all the division to executive committee.
- Report client-based analysis (major clients) to evaluate the performance of sales activities.
- Plan along with the Marketing department to Implement marketing strategies to attract wide range of clients and analyzing trends and results of the marketing leads.
- Participate or send sales department representative to marketing campaigns along with the marketing manager and analyze the trends
- Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue projections and expense controls
- Ensuring targets are delivered through performance review, reward and individual recognition of sales professionals
- Managing, coaching and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard and help them achieve their monthly sales goals
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales performance for General Manager- Motivate the Sales Managers to build a string team under them with good supervisor to make root leveling.
- Must manage and supervise an entire sales division and ensure that a harmonious work environment is maintained at all time.
- Delegate duties and functions to team as per their qualifications and skills.
- Mange the After sales team of all under sectors should be in touch with the Project client and our workers.
- Control the Aftersales team to provide the better service to client and manage to reduce no of escalations issues.
- Drive After sale team to reduce the no. of escalations during the customer service and escalation case should be gently managed by the Sales manager to maintain a good relationship with the company and our reputation.
- Need to make his teamwork as a single unit working towards a common objective and share cordial relationship with each other. Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage them to deliver their level best

Education & Certifications
  • Masters or bachelor's degree in Sales/Business
  • Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP)
Required Years of Experience

Work experience of ten years in manpower sales with good knowledge in in the field of mega recruitment company.
