Job Title:
GM Sales

Job Summary:

The GM Sales is responsible for overseeing the sales department of the company and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

The role requires a strategic and analytical approach to sales management, with the ability to identify new market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and manage a high-performing team.

The GM Sales is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies:

The GM Sales will work closely with other departments to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

This includes setting sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and developing pricing strategies.

Manage sales team:

The GM Sales is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to meet sales targets.

This includes providing training and coaching, setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations.

Build and maintain client relationships:
The GM Sales will work closely with key clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships. This includes attending industry events, conducting regular client meetings, and negotiating contracts.

Monitor sales performance:
The GM Sales is responsible for monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing action plans to address performance gaps.

Ensure customer satisfaction:
The GM Sales is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company's products and services.

This includes responding to customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Working Conditions:

The GM Sales will work in an office environment and may be required to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients.

The role may require working long hours or weekends to meet sales targets or attend client meetings. The GM Sales will report directly to the CEO or other top-level executives.

Salary:
From ریال10,000.00 per month
