How You'll Make an Impact

  • Presents, support and brief line management on the strategy to use for the achievement of the project in all stages and matters of the project, including technical, cost calculation and legal challenges.
  • Responsible for all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition
  • Lead all commercial aspects of the bid: contract analysis, cost calculation, business models, financing concepts, currency, hedging, risks and opportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurances, export control, compliance etc.
  • Relationship management with external project collaborators i.e. customers and consortium partners
  • Supporting Client Managers on contract negotiations, terms & conditions, letter of credit etc.
  • Signing of Quotations, Order Confirmations and Purchase Orders within Signature Mandate levels
  • Responsibility for the EA sheet templates.
  • Commercial Sales Management with regards LoA processes coordinating the projects through the approval process
- eLoA Co-ordination RME
  • Regional control of the eLoA process: raising awareness and ensuring process guidelines are followed, relevant personnel are trained and certified; approving accesses the eLoA tool; Providing updates on guideline changes; Participate on Co-Ordinator conferencing and training:
  • Support to Contract Management with regards Framework agreements and LTPs.
  • Coordinate / prepare presentations for various reviews and analytics
  • Driving the Riskand Opportunity Management during Bidstage along with the Client Manager and assigned Project Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain credit limits for D2 customers.
  • Drive digitalization
  • Handle other Business Unit specific requests
  • Job requires ability of dealing with complex business issues that arise frequently. A sense of urgency and the ability to solve problems in a highpaced environment is critical.

What You Bring

  • A sound degree in Business Management/ Finance/accounting from a reputable college or university. Additional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA would be advantageous.
  • CSM OR CPM C certification would be advantageous
  • At least 5 years of minimum proven experience in Commercial Management/Projects Finance Management OR Financial/Performance Controlling would be advantageous in addition to 3 to 5 years of core Sales Commercial experience
  • Proficient in IFRS accounting standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • Good command on MS Office specially MS Excel.
  • Analytical thinking result and qualityoriented approach, solid professional judgment & problemsolving ability and good communication skills are required competencies.
  • High proficiency level in offer calculations, concurrent calculations as well as IFRS and US-GAAP requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and preferably support Finance Head in adhoc reporting
  • Selfstarting and assertive
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft package (Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory
  • Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges.
  • Teamoriented ability to work with cross functional teams.
