Job description

To ensure that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized, through the planning, directing, or coordinating human resources activities and staff of the organization.


Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labour contracts.

Provide current and prospective employees with information and policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select applicants, hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork which includes all the administrative works.

Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
Schedule and conduct new employee orientations.
Carryout procurement process for office supplies and other assets related to staff needs.

Monitor and manage and record time and attendance, leave, loan, payroll, employee incidents, Insurance contracts and claims, expats sponsorships, exits and any other HR process.

Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.

Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.

Carry out timely follow-up on all related tasks that are done by other departments such as approvals, purchase and payments or third parties.

Maintain and manage all HR's and employees' records and files databases.
Maintain and manage job related vendors' databases.
Staff Accommodation Allocation
Processing transfers, promotions, terminations, Annual leaves & Final Settlements.
Follow all general company policies and procedures.
Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or continuing basis.

Salary:
ریال12, ریال15,000.00 per month
