Administrative Assistant Level 2

Principal Responsibilities:
- The DMA will report directly to the Program Management Officer (PMO).
- Will perform all office administration functions including using necessary equipment such as a Computer, Printer, Fax, Copier, and book binding equipment.
- Will prepare requirements for ordering and maintain office supplies.
- Will manage assigned contracts, handle administrative duties, and provide necessary follow-up.
- Will coordinate with various teams to meet mission requirements.
- Should handle filing, storage, and other tasks as needed.
- Will undertake additional duties as assigned by the functional supervisor.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in administration and/or computer applications.
- Desireable experience in human resource management.
- Proficiency in Arabic (oral and written) and English communication is required.
- Technical requirements may be exempted by the RSLFAC Commander, but must be acquired within a 24-month timeframe.
Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- Training in computers, database management, and personnel records handling is essential.
