Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to support our client's team in driving growth, identifying opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in market research, lead generation, and proposal development to enhance the firm's business development capabilities.
1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification:- Conduct market research to identify global and local trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze the Saudi market, particularly the public sector, to support business development strategies.
- Develop insights that guide targeted outreach and proposal efforts.
- Support the development of a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging internal resources.
- Identify key stakeholders in target organizations and contribute to outreach efforts.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Assist in preparing high-quality, tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information, case studies, and client insights.
- Ensure that proposals meet client expectations and adhere to the submission requirements.
- Capability to lead presentations to clients to pitch ideas or present proposals.
- Support senior team members in managing relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions, providing research and logistical support as needed.
- Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling the firm's services.
- Work closely with consulting teams to align business development efforts with the firm's delivery capabilities.
- Contribute to a smooth transition from sales to execution by coordinating internally.
- Share insights from client interactions to inform service offerings and project planning.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and connections.
- Support the development of online content and maintain a professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the firm's values and services.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key business development metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations that highlight progress, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and engagement history.
- Contribute ideas for improving business development strategies and processes.
- Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings or addressing new client needs.
