Strategic Partnerships & Networking:

  • Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, government entities, and key stakeholders to secure partnerships and contracts
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market reach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored business solutions for clients and create compelling proposals and sales presentations

Pipeline & Performance Management:

  • Monitor and report on sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business development activities using CRM tools for relationship management and structured sales approach
  • Work autonomously to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of Squadio's TAAS platform

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Established network in Saudi Arabia, particularly in government, enterprise, or key sectors
  • Proven success in securing high-value B2B contracts and partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
