Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
  2. Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers in Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors.
  3. Build and execute a territory sales plan to drive new business and maximize revenue growth.
  4. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiations, and onboarding using MEDDIC.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
  6. Understand customer pain points and position our POS and ERP solutions to address their challenges.
  7. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  1. Customer Engagement & Account Management
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  3. Drive product adoption and ensure customer success by collaborating with implementation and customer success teams.
  4. Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring mutual value for both customers and the company.
  5. Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  1. Collaboration & Reporting
  2. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
  3. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in Arabic (native level) is required for this position
  2. Proven track record of B2B enterprise sales, selling POS, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
  3. Experience selling to Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries.
  4. Strong network and ability to engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  5. Demonstrated ability to drive complex sales cycles with large enterprises.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
  8. Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a deep understanding of the local business culture and regulatory landscape.
Nice to have
  1. English language proficiency is a plus.
  2. Background in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) or POS (Square, Lightspeed, NCR, etc.).
  3. Experience in a fast-paced tech startup or hyper-growth SaaS company.
