We are looking for a passionate and driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team In this role, you will be at the heart of creating exceptional events and experiences for our guests. Your ability to build strong relationships, anticipate client needs, and deliver seamless service will be key to success. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure complete documentation of all Sales Agreements, Contracts, and Quotations for the hotel.
- Drive catering sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, networking, and client visits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event details to secure business while ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct hotel and banquet space tours for potential clients, showcasing the facilities and services.
- Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to all concerned departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for catering events, coordinating with the Finance team.
- Represent the hotel in industry and community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior, upholding Hyatt's brand standards.
- Adapt to changes in the Sales & Marketing function as required by business needs.
