We are looking for a talented Director of B2B Sales and Marketing to join our team and drive revenue growth in the B2B catering sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns that target our desired audience.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets and revenue goals.

Essential Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of the catering business.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
