- Notice Period: Preference for candidates available within 30 days or less.
- Compensation: Fixed Annual CTC: 450,000 SAR
- Variable Pay: 50,000 SAR (performance-based)

Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive AI-powered SaaS adoption in Saudi Arabia, managing enterprise sales cycles, building client relationships, and tailoring AI solutions to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and close enterprise deals.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships.
- Sales Lifecycle: Own the process from prospecting to closing.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track deals and report progress.
Qualifications
- Proven SaaS Sales Experience: 6+ years in SaaS or enterprise sales, with a track record of success.
- Saudi Market Expertise: 3+ years in SaaS sales in Saudi Arabia with established business networks.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and deal-closing abilities.
- Strategic & Self-Driven: Ability to work independently while aligning with business goals.
