We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist (Saudi Nationality) to join our team at Bigo Live. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the live-streaming industry, a robust network of contacts, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and onboard users and streamers, contributing to the growth of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Networking: Leverage your industry knowledge and connections to recruit talented live streamers and users to Bigo Live.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitor platforms, identifying trends, strategies, and opportunities to enhance Bigo Live's offerings.
- User Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard a diverse range of content creators and streamers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers, agencies, and key stakeholders in the live-streaming ecosystem.
- Market Insight: Gather and analyze market feedback to identify new opportunities and refine strategies for user growth.
- Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new users.
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the live-streaming industry is essential.
- Network & Connections: Strong network of content creators, streamers, and influencers who can add value to Bigo Live.
- Competitive Awareness: Familiarity with competitor platforms and a clear understanding of the live-streaming landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak English fluently. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to create reports, presentations, and plans.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
