As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team of the EMEA ATEM Business Unit, the Regional Sales Manager TEM oversees and develops the sales performance of the product lines in this business area. This role involves managing sales activities in indirect TFX countries through local distributors.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive and expand Teleflex base business according to the strategic goals defined by the individual BU and the agreed Sales Objectives with the selected dealers.
  • Develop strategies together with the EMEA BU to accelerate growth in the selected markets of the region.
  • Support the dealer with all commercial activities and programs TFX can offer.
  • Assure that dealers recognize the economics of TFX' Focus Products and its benefits for the dealer business.
  • Find and develop new dealers if necessary and new market opportunities.
  • Coordinate all activities with all RBM responsible for the specific distributor but act independently.
  • Monitor Distributors to Quota on a quarterly and annual format.
  • Manage all Area's sales expenses within assigned budget.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive quarterly and yearly revenue growth for EMEA.
  • Collaborate in forecasting and business analysis to provide Leadership with the information required within the appropriate timeframes.
  • Actively prepare, organize, and participate in the EMEA Sales Management meetings.
  • Analyze the regional markets and proactively come up with plans where to focus and invest our resources.
  • Maintain close key customer contacts to continually determine customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection and development toward position-specific competencies.
  • Participate in the leadership of Business Development projects where required, and constantly seek out opportunities to drive growth in the responsible regions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CMA, and Compliance partners with professional societies regarding best practices, emerging technologies, and clinical needs to drive the commercial strategies.
  • Liaise with Clinical & Medical Affairs to align on support and resources needed to deliver clinical and education plans to deliver goals, in line with the strategic plans.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or paramedics is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive sales experience in the health-tech sector is required, with experience in the EMS sector preferred.
  • Proven success in multi-level, major account-based sales processes, with experience working with distributors considered an advantage.
  • Strong business analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities are essential.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are necessary, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Ability to engage effectively across diverse professional backgrounds and communicate confidently at both business and technical levels is expected.
  • Results-driven and proactive mindset is essential, with the ability to inspire through vision and execute action plans effectively.
  • High-energy and self-motivated approach is needed to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with the willingness to travel extensively.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 50%.
