Sales Development Representative

Hi everyone
We are looking for an experienced SDR who is a native Arabic speaker and also fluent in English for our fast-growing tech startup.
We are a startup specializing in gamified training for quick-service restaurants, focusing on the Saudi Arabian market. We have an amazing tech product that our clients love. Now it's time to scale, and we're looking for a rockstar SDR to help us generate high-quality leads.
This is a full-time role where you'll be expected to make an average of 40 outbound calls per day. We're seeking someone highly experienced who knows how to execute this effectively. You should be structured, systematic, and very organized to ensure everything is tracked and well-documented.
In addition to cold calling, you'll be responsible for improving and enriching our database—of which you'll take full ownership.
You should be familiar with best-practice SDR tools and know how to use them. These include CRMs (we use Kommo), sales engagement platforms (like Salesloft or Apollo), voicemail tools (such as Aircall), and data enrichment tools (like Lusha).

Skills
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Highly structured, systematic, and detail-oriented, ensuring all activities are tracked and documented.
- Experience in improving, enriching, and owning sales databases.
