Position Overview:
The Products Sales Manager is responsible for developing plans to grow the sales pipeline, nurturing opportunities, and converting them. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, developing proposals, negotiating, and winning new clients while increasing the account size of Intelmatix' enterprise AI and Decision Intelligence standardized product suite under the EDIX offerings tailored for various sectors (e.g., retail, logistics, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Accountable for revenues and profit while meeting growth targets for the EDIX products portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (i.e., retail, QSR, logistics, manufacturing, real estate developers, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and nurture them until closing.
- Maintain deep familiarity with Intelmatix' capabilities and how they can solve real-world problems for target clients.
- Create and present pitch decks and tailored proposals (technical and commercial), obtaining input as needed from other teams (i.e., technical, finance, etc.).
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Own relationships with potential clients, acting as the point of contact until conversion, and maintain deep relationships with key clients to identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Report periodically on the sales forecast, sales metrics, and specific opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in marketing efforts, such as events and content creation.
- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to provide insights from the field to ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or technology-related fields.
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B business development and marketing, preferably in technology (enterprise solutions, analytics, or AI) and in KSA.
- Experience serving clients in relevant sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully closing B2B deals (minimum $1Mn per deal) and growing accounts.
- Relationships with decision-makers across industries, mainly in KSA and the rest of GCC.
- Avid usage of digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn and client databases) to identify and reach out to clients.
- Intimate familiarity with procurement processes and decision-making of companies in target sectors.
- Strong proposal and pitch deck drafting skills.
- Resourceful and able to work in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and products.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
