Stage Systems is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Account Manager will play a key role in generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries and service-related issues.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Stage Systems' products and services. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Customer Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and offering after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty.
  5. Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve individual and team targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to better position the company's offerings in the marketplace. Prepare regular sales reports, provide market feedback, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the technology, AV, or systems integration industry.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools. Familiarity with audiovisual (AV) solutions and systems integration is a plus.
  5. Other Requirements: Must be under 30 years old. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
