Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  2. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  3. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
  4. Helping with offers and agreements.
  5. Attending sales meetings and taking minutes.
  6. Answering customer inquiries/calls while the team is out of the office.
  7. Maintaining customer profiles/data in Opera.
Requirements and skills:
  1. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management.
  2. 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.
  3. Positive attitude.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
  6. Excellent grooming standards.
