Our global tech client is looking to hire a Presales Specialist that will serve as a critical link between the sales team, technical teams, and prospective customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of products or services to ensure successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
  • Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and highlight the value proposition.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to prospective clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions.
  • Serve as a technical expert, addressing customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
  • Proven experience in developing proposals, and managing RFP/RFI processes for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business challenges.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring confidence in the proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and support, to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.
  • Support post-sale activities by ensuring a smooth handover to implementation teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct internal training sessions for sales and marketing teams on technical aspects of products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution management, or related role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in crafting and presenting technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies or software related to the company's offerings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
