Technical Support:

  2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems via phone, email, or in person
  3. Walking users through problem-solving steps
  4. Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams
  5. Maintaining a log of support requests and resolutions

System Administration:

  1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications
  2. Managing user accounts and permissions
  3. Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
  4. Performing system backups and ensuring data security
  5. Implementing and maintaining network infrastructure
  6. Contributing to IT projects and upgrades

Requirements:

  1. At least 6 years of experience
  2. Experience working in the Diem Government Cloud and Alibaba Cloud environments
  3. Ability to provide technical support for systems and networks and solve problems effectively
  4. Experience in managing, configuring, and enabling assistance systems and networks to ensure continuity
  5. Knowledge of implementing security procedures and monitoring network performance
  6. Ability to provide technical guidance to users and achieve higher satisfaction levels
