Technology Help Desk Associate

Tamkeen Technologies is seeking a talented Technology Help Desk Associate to manage SharePoint support, mailbox operations, Active Directory (AD) operations, and ServiceNow ticket distribution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory
- Monitoring and resolving AD-related issues, including authentication and access problems
- Ensuring security and compliance by following established policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-oriented approach to provide efficient support services.
Preferred skills include:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation
