Buildnow is a fintech disruptor delivering the innovative "Build Now, Pay Later" solution, tailored for the SME construction and manufacturing industries in Saudi Arabia. By offering flexible financing options, we empower SMEs to grow and succeed in a dynamic market.

We are looking for a Sales Development Associate (SDA) who is passionate about uncovering new business opportunities and excels in connecting with potential customers with our finance solution. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to sales, utilising their skills to expand Buildnow's customer base within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers within the Saudi market to generate new business opportunities for Buildnow's financial solution.
  2. Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce Buildnow's offerings, qualify leads, and determine customer needs.
  3. Qualification and Needs Analysis: Work closely with leads to understand their challenges and goals, ensuring they are a fit for Buildnow's solutions and services.
  4. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, setting appointments, following up regularly, and staying organized with CRM tools to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  5. Collaboration with Sales Team: Communicate effectively with the sales team to pass on qualified leads, share insights on customer needs, and contribute to developing sales strategies.
  6. Progress Tracking: Consistently monitor and report on progress towards monthly and quarterly sales goals, keeping a close eye on targets and actively working to exceed them.

Qualifications:

  1. Saudi Citizenship: Required due to market-specific needs and regulations.
  2. Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within financial markets, highly beneficial if also working with SMEs (Small to medium enterprises).
  3. CRM Proficiency: Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads efficiently.
  4. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of over-achieving quota, showcasing an ability to consistently drive results.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, enabling clear and persuasive conversations with diverse customers.
