Chief Shared Services Officer at MasterWorks
  • Create opportunities globally for Sales & Services across key regions, including the GCC region, Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
  • Familiarity with Up, Mid, and Downstream Industries on a global scale.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers from the customer side (both in the private and government sectors) across various countries.
  • Engage personally with clients worldwide to influence decision-makers and promote UOP processes, products, services, and solutions. Establish UOP as the preferred technology partner globally.
  • Proactively promote, negotiate, and close deals across diverse markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Leaders to resolve disputes with customers in different regions.
  • Meet or exceed annual LS&T revenue and direct margin targets for international markets, including the GCC.
  • Manage the 18-month forecast in SFDC, working with Credit & Collections to maintain past dues in line with company targets across global accounts.
  • It requires 10+ years of experience with extensive knowledge in the IT industry, particularly in data, digital, and AI.
  • Roll individual account plans into a cohesive regional strategy in conjunction with the Marketing Manager for international markets.
  • Drive cadence to advance opportunities through the LS&T pipeline internationally.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members in the application of PSS skills, utilizing Miller-Heiman blue sheets, Value Proposal Selling, and Solution/Outcome Selling.
  • Develop Sales Account plans for key international customers.
  • Support individual growth objectives by driving the LS&T process through the use of SFDC.
  • Work collaboratively with UP&T leaders in various regions to enhance synergies.
  • Engage strongly with the business unit to prioritize projects and establish a global sales strategy.
  • Regularly strategize with the LS&T Business team to secure the necessary support for meeting financial objectives across international markets.
  • Develop a comprehensive STRAP for your accounts and execute the plan accordingly to meet set targets.
  • Collaborate with other SBUs and LOBs to create new high-value opportunities on a global scale.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a global perspective.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and other relevant languages is a plus.
