The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our IT staffing, solutions, and services. Operating in the dynamic and competitive market of the UAE, the individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients. This position demands a proactive approach to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and enhance the organization's market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT staffing or services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and staffing industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the KSA.
