1.1. Position: Land Allocation Admin

1.2. Location/ Department: Building and Infrastructure

1.3. Reporting to: Project Manager/Operations Manager

1.4. Key Working Relationship: All KSA BIC business units

2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2.1. Specialty

  • Expertise in coordinating land acquisition processes, including title verification, due diligence.
  • Knowledge of land registration procedures and local property laws
2.2. Education Degree

BA or equivalent

2.4. Technical knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records of land titles, leases, agreements, permits, and related documents.
  • Preparing and reviewing land-related legal documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing digital and physical records using document management systems
2.5. Experience: ≥ 10 Years3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES3.1. Primary Functions

Role and responsibilities

  • Processed survey data with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS to support engineering and construction projects.
  • Identifying potential hazards and risks associated with projects. Conduct thorough risk assessments to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents.
  • Develop and implement logistic plans to support project timelines and milestones.
  • Ensured compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for land use and allocation.
  • Conducted land surveys for rail track, roads, buildings, water reservoirs, bridges, tunnels, pipelines, and stormwater systems.
  • Assisted in the development of site-specific logistics plans to support project execution.
  • Managing on-site logistical operations for infrastructure development.
  • Working closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they adhere to the company's security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of security-related incidents, training sessions, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating security and safety policies and procedures based on lessons learned, industry trends, and feedback from employees and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards across site operations.
  • Scheduled and monitored the transportation of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.

  • Prepared and submitted regular reports on logistics operations to senior management.
  • Delivered precise land evaluations, determining shape, contour, location, and elevation for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensuring that incidents are reported promptly, investigated thoroughly, and documented accurately.

3.3. Technical Expertise
  • Understanding basic surveying techniques and collaborating with survey teams for land measurements and boundary mapping.
  • Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping and analysis.
