Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Relevant training courses or certifications are a valuable addition.
Previous Experience: Experience managing inventory or working in a similar logistics environment. Ability to plan and organize daily store operations.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems, inventory software usage, and ability to use scanning devices and tracking systems.
Accuracy and Organization: Ability to manage inventory accurately and effectively, ensuring merchandise is properly organized to required standards.
