Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Procurement policies procedures and guidelines.
  • Receive requisitions for local goods
  • Issue request for quotations and monitor receipt of offers on the closing date.
  • Communicate with suppliers and follow up on prompt submittal of quotations.
  • Issue local purchase orders for the requested materials on optimum terms according to company established procedures.
  • Follow up with customer if any details are missing in requisition
  • Follow up with supplier to get order acknowledgement
  • Participate in the development and reviews of buying terms and conditions.
  • Understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
  • Follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
  • Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices equipment and welfare facilities.
  • Report any accidents near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
  • Attend safety trainings planned for them.
  • Having a right to say NO to any unsafe work.
  • Conducting regular Internal QHSE Management System / Sustainability Audits in ISPC
  • Attending Sustainability Management Group meeting to help improve the organizations Sustainability Management System.
  • Collecting Key Performance Indicators with respect to the organizations Sustainability Management System.
  • Attending trainings for ISO & sustainability management systems.
  • Creating awareness about sustainability management system amongst colleagues.
