3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description:
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvement.
9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional development and growth.
10. Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize the talent acquisition process.

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
3. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and a track record of identifying and attracting top talent.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on fair employment practices and diversity and inclusion.
7. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
