**What does the role involve?**:
As a Sales Engineer, your main focus is to understand our customers by thinking strategically, building trust, providing advice, and delivering uncompromising solutions. This is achieved through having strong relationships with different stakeholders and creating account development plans to engage our customers.

**What you need is**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- Sales oriented, with experience working in similar industry Water or Power
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of key project sales
- Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and presenting project status and risks to senior management
- Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organizational structure
- A solution-oriented, determined to consistently meet and exceed goal)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
