HR Operations Specialist

**الهدف الوظيفي**:
دعم قسم الموارد البشرية لدى الشركة ستكون بمثابة نقطة الاتصال الأولى للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية من الموظفين والشركاء الخارجيين.
**المهام والمسؤوليات**:
تنظيم والحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين.
تحديث قواعد البيانات الداخلية (مثل تسجيل إجازة مرضية وغيرها).
قيام بإعداد مستندات الموارد البشرية، مثل عقود العمل وأدلة التوظيف الجديدة.
مراجعة سياسات الشركة.
الاتصال بالشركاء الخارجيين، مثل بائعي التأمين، وضمان الامتثال القانوني.
إنشاء تقارير وعروض تقديمية منتظمة حول مقاييس الموارد البشرية (مثل معدلات الدوران).
اجابة على استفسارات الموظفين حول القضايا المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
مساعدة قسم الرواتب من خلال توفير معلومات الموظف ذات الصلة (مثل إجازات الغياب والأيام المرضية وجداول العمل).
ترتيب أماكن السفر ونماذج نفقات العملية.
المشاركة في مشاريع الموارد البشرية (مثل المساعدة في تنظيم فعالية معرض الوظائف).
إصدار تصاريح الموظفين.
**متطلبات**:
شهادة اكاديمية بالموارد البشرية أو بمجال ذي صلة.
سعودي الجنسية
اجادة اللغة الانجليزية
خبرة في العمل كمسؤول موارد بشرية أو مساعد إداري للموارد البشرية أو دور ذي صلة.
خبرة مع برامج الموارد البشرية، مثل HRIS أو HRMS.
مهارات استخدام برامج الحاسب الالي (ميكروسوفت اوفيس وغيرها).
معرفة وافية بنظام العمل.
مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، مع القدرة على تحديد أولويات المشاريع المهمة.
مهارات قوية عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والتواصل الشخصي.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Operation: 1 year (required)
