**Join us as an Administrative Assistant as part of our Sales Team.
- BMC’s dynamic corporate teams are strategic and trusted advisors to the global organization supporting, enhancing, and driving BMC’s vision, culture, growth, and so much more. Everyone within the corporate teams is a valued partner to the overarching success of BMC’s employees and customers.
- In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales Organization and will support our Area Director, Regional Sales Managers & direct reports to help manage the day-to-day running of the office operations.**Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- You will provide support at a senior level and enjoy a varied workload, you will need to prioritise the day and ensure that all correspondence, queries, and invitations are being dealt with.
- You will also oversee travel arrangements, eventual sales events and meet the challenge of scheduling meetings in busy diaries. Key will be the ability to stay ahead of the game, pre-empt needs and make things happen.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- You will manage facilities tasks as inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Above all, you will need to be adaptable to keep up with the unpredictable nature of the Sales management workload, where demands change constantly, requiring you to be flexible, available according to the degree of urgency and able to adjust priorities - often at the last minute.
