We are looking for a full-time, **French speaking** **Visa Application Agents** who will directly report to the **Center Manager.**

**Hiring in 3 Locations**:Riyad, Jeddah & Al Khobar** - **SAUDI ARABIA**

Agent has the responsibility for handling Visa Applications in accordance with company processes.

**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:

- Proposal & Sales of Added Value Services (AVS) to Visa Applicants
- Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system
- Ensure engagement with applicants, provide a first-class service and positive customer experience
- Handle customer complaints assertively, and efficiently
- Support initiatives to support the ongoing improvement of business performance

**Essential Requirements**:
Minimum of 1-year customer-facing customer service experience
- Very good French speaking. Other languages are a plus.Robust knowledge of customer service techniques and principles-Demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging direct liaison with the public-Working in a fast-paced and at times highly pressured environment-Competent technology skills with MS Office

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience in a Public Sector / Government client working environment / Visa Application Business
- Experience of working abroad and / or in an international organization

**Only eligible workers in Saudi Arabia will be considered.**
