Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a hands-on, highly dependable and energetic team player to provide administrative support to Gallup’s internal and external clients.
**In this role you will**:
- Leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter through your warm reception at the front desk and on the phone
- Process paperwork for clients and prospects, including supplier portals, contracts, invoicing and accounts receivable
- Orchestrate and execute project tasks for internal partners, update presentations and documents, and assist with translations between English and Arabic
- Order and stock office equipment, oversee vendor relations, and handle other administrative requests as needed

**What you need**:
- Saudi national with three or more years of administrative experience required
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Full Fluency in Arabic and English required
- Availability to work four days a week in Gallup’s Riyadh office required
