As the Head of Sales at indaHash, an ArabyAds Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will be responsible for leading our sales team and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence, achieve revenue targets, and establish strong relationships with clients in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth in KSA.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships to enhance sales prospects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales efforts and achieve overall company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and generate reports for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to our business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market, including key industry players, client needs, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
