**RETAIL BUSINESS HEAD - Footwear**

We are seeking a strategic Retail Business Head to lead our client’s dynamic retail operations business in KSA. The company is a pioneering fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate with operations globally but this role will be tasked with aiding their ambitious growth plans in Saudi Arabia. Recognized for its global portfolio of renowned brands they are at the forefront of the Retail Fashion industry, with commitment to setting new standards in retail excellence.

Role Overview:
As the Retail Business Head, you will spearhead a holistic approach to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across various domains, ensuring the success and growth of our retail ventures. You will be the driving force behind our retail operations, orchestrating a comprehensive strategy to elevate key performance indicators and support their expansion of outlets & brands across KSA.

Responsible for managing a team functional specialists and working with an impressive range of premium brands in the

Footwear sector the scope of your role will include driving sales revenues, store operations, employee management & development, product buying, brand management, business expansion & cost management with additional oversight of eCommerce & SCPL operations.

Your key duties & responsibilities in the role will include:

- Driving Sales and Revenue Generation:
Lead the charge in achieving and exceeding sales targets, optimizing transaction values, and enhancing gross margins. Your strategic acumen will guide the team to maximize revenue per square foot, setting new benchmarks in retail performance.
- Operational Excellence:
Enhance customer experiences through improved traffic, conversion rates, and staff rota management. Your leadership will minimize store staff costs, implement effective loss prevention measures, and elevate customer satisfaction scores to new heights.
- Strategic Business Expansion:
Collaborate closely with the business development team, steering market studies and feasibility analyses for new locations and store openings. Your insights will shape the future expansion of our existing brand portfolio.
- Product Procurement / Brand Management:
Leverage your knowledge & analysis of market trends for brand product buying, orchestrating seamless coordination with the corporate brand team and principles. Your strategic coordination will address brand concerns and contribute to a dynamic product selection.
- Profitability & Cost Management:
Shape operating profit margins and meticulously manage overhead costs. You will optimize cost of goods sold, analyze returns on capital expenditures, and take proactive measures to secure cash profits for existing stores.
- People Leadership and Development:
Develop positive work culture with a commitment to employee development to ensure employee turnover is kept to a minimum, fostering a high-performance culture with optimized sales per employee.
- Omnichannel / eCommerce Management:
Help lead the charge in online sales growth and web traffic optimization. Your strategic oversight of this function will ensure precise click-and-collect fulfillment accuracy, while focusing on enhancing customer retention and lifetime value in the online realm.

Required Background & Experience:

- You will possess exceptional leadership skills, having previously led diverse teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will have an in-depth understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory management, store operations, supply chain, and profitability is essential.
- You should be adept at implementing effective inventory and supply chain strategies, driving operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing omnichannel and e-commerce aspects, coupled with a strategic approach to business expansion, will be highly valued.
- Additionally, you should have a strong background in product buying, analyzing market trends, and coordinating effectively with brand teams.
- Some travelling around KSA required to support stores across the country.
