**Sales and Revenue KPIs**:

- Total sales revenue
- Sales growth percentage
- Average transaction value
- Sales per square foot of retail space
- Gross margin and gross margin percentage

**Inventory Management KPIs**:

- Inventory turnover in and out
- Stock aging analysis
- Inventory carrying costs
- Merging and reverse logistic
- Inventory aging liquidation

Store Operations KPIs:

- Customer traffic and conversion rates, UPT, ATV improvement
- Store staff cost as a percentage of sales
- Shrinkage or loss prevention rate
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Staff Rota management

**Supply Chain and Logistics KPIs**:

- On-time delivery performance
- Order fulfillment accuracy
- Transportation and warehousing costs as a percentage of sales
- Supplier lead time and performance

**Profitability and Cost Management KPIs**:

- Operating profit margin **Overhead costs as a percentage of sales**:

- Cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales.
- Return on investment for capital expenditures.
- To analyze the existing store for cash profit and take action accordingly Employee

**Productivity and Development KPIs**:

- Employee turnover rate
- Sales per employee
- Training hours per employee
- Employee engagement and satisfaction scores Omnichannel and E-commerce KPIs
- Online sales growth percentage
- Website traffic and conversion rates
- Click-and-collect fulfillment accuracy.
- Customer retention and lifetime value for online customers Business Expansion
- To work very closely with the business development team
- Market study for the new location and business expansion
- Running feasibility for the new store opening.
- To analyze the existing brand portfolio with an expansion prospective

**Product Buying**
- Analyzing the market trend
- Participate in the brand product buying
- **Sharing and coordination with the corporate brand team**
- Coordinate with the brand principle for any type of brand concern
