**The role**

Balich Wonder Studio is looking for highly motivated
**Human Resources Data Analyst **in our People & Culture division to join our team

The HR DATA ANALYST works with HR department and reports to Head of People & Culture, will be responsible for
**collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR data to provide insights and recommendations **to the HR department and senior management as well develop and maintain databases and reporting systems that support HR operations.

**Main responsibilities**

- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources such as payroll, workforce management systems, and employee surveys.

- Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports that provide insights into employee engagement, turnover, performance, and other key HR indicators.

- Collaborate with HR professionals, executives, and other departments to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

- Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and projects, such as talent acquisition, employee retention, and diversity and inclusion.

- Monitor HR data quality and integrity, and identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR analytics, and incorporate them into our HR data strategy and practices.

- Communicate HR data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Fluent in both written and spoken (English & Arabic).
- 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
