**Roles & Responsibilities: Saudi HR**
- Issuing employee contracts and registering the same on the MOL portal
- Manage End to End Recruitment Process including vacancy posting, sourcing, scheduling interviews, completion of OAFs and sending employment contracts.
- Support and help facilitate Region HR in New Hire Onboarding Session.
- Should have experience in employee relations and expertise in Saudi Labour Law.
- Monitoring the Company’s Saudization status in collaboration the MOL
- Responsible for Benefits enrollment and Deactivation ie: GOSI, Medical & Life Insurance
- Manage Employee Leave records and generate monthly reports.
- Process monthly employee payroll.
- Process leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements ie employee letters, bank verification, local work permit issuance, headcount reports etc
- Updating Country Org Charts and Employee Data Base.
- Updating Success Factors related to Employee Data Change
- Support Region HR on communication and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs.
- Establish and cultivate internal relationships with key stake holders such as Country CLT, Legal, HR COEs (TA, Total Rewards)
- Responsible for providing HR guidance/support in labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement and process improvement.
- Support Region HR on communication and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs.
- Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals, and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.
- Support Region HR in Talent Programs such as Tamheer, LEAP, University and Career Fair
- Ensure that the end-to-end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all time.

Skills and experience required:

- Fluent in English - daily working language and Arabic
- 3-5yrs in a similar role
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Experienced office skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills
