HR Director

Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

1. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures: You will be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, and talent development.

2. Managing employee relations: You will be responsible for managing employee relations by ensuring that employees are treated fairly and that any disputes or grievances are addressed promptly and effectively.

3. Overseeing recruitment and retention: You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of employees, including identifying talent needs, developing job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

4. Developing and implementing performance management systems: You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems to ensure that employees are performing to their full potential and that they are meeting the organization's goals.

5. Managing compensation and benefits: You will be responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including designing and implementing pay and benefits structures that are competitive and cost-effective.

6. Providing leadership and guidance: You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the HR team and the broader organization, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

7. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations: You will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety laws.

8. Managing budgets and resources: You will be responsible for managing the HR department's budgets and resources, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.

9. Building relationships with external partners: You will be responsible for building relationships with external partners, including recruiters, consultants, and vendors, to ensure that the organization has access to the best talent and resources.

**Salary**: From ﷼30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
