To provide a professional and prompt service on all types of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, consisting of various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes and boosters.

- Drive and develop quality process improvements that focus on safety, operations and customer service. Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to the care of equipment.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement in digital solutions in our customer communications and relations.
- Establishing good customer relationships & maintaining regular contact with all customers, especially key accounts & ensuring an excellent standard of service.
- To provide a professional and prompt service on all types of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, consisting of various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes and boosters.
- Focus on continuously developing a Customer care-driven culture and Supporting the improvement of our rental and service response to our customers and our operational excellence
- Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on rental machines
- Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Attend breakdowns promptly and whenever required
- Train customers and Atlas Copco personnel as required, on the general operation of the rental machines when and where required
- Assist in the planning of daily and weekly visit schedules
- To be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations in the Service Centre and on-site
- Take part in call-out rotation
- Maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition
- Effectively promote the Atlas Copco Compressor company image
- Perform related duties as required to maintain good housekeeping

**Essential**:
Experience in the maintenance and repair of Atlas Copco compressors is required

Good knowledge (written & oral) of English***

A team player who is also able to work independently.***

Dynamic personality & Self-motivated

Knowledge of Computers (Microsoft Office)
