**This position will be required to travel (approximately 10%), and work in a global team with regular participation in international calls/ meetings, which will include outside of standard business hours.**
**Position Responsibilities**:
Leverage resources and knowledge of Boeing products, services offerings, distribution capabilities, data management, training, simulations, and technical publications processes and operations to support customer commitments and confidence, shape customer needs and expectations, and gain competitive advantages while fostering business growth.
- Meet and/or exceed annual LRBP targets and shape pipeline opportunities three to ten years out.
- Develop strategies based upon in-depth knowledge of customer business, culture, geopolitical environment, acquisition processes, budget cycles, and requirements to shape emerging customer requirements. Leverage Boeing capabilities and work with core functions to qualify future pipeline opportunities.
- Accountable for helping set priorities from a sales and resources perspective for products, international services, training, and distribution programs while effectively managing and planning investment funds (Market Assist, Business and Proposal, and GS&M budget allocations) accordingly.
- Leads a diverse group of sales professionals who pursue sales and campaign activities through executing strategies and tactics to foster business growth. Support Campaign Team Leads to help secure win. Drive functional excellence for Global Sales and Marketing globally.
- Build strategic relationships with customers and international partners. Build an understanding of the future defense requirements, budgets, planning, and the opportunity for international government and defense procurement globally. Coordinate sales activities with the appropriate Business Development International In-country Sales Team members to leverage their customer insight and expertise.
- Accountable for managing relationships with other sales partners within Boeing and its subsidiaries, the region, and existing / future customers and partners.
- Develops campaign strategy and capture plan for assigned campaigns.
- Uses trend, variance analyses and risk assessments and mitigations to develop plans or to recommend change.
- Communicates confidently and persuasively with a clear sense of audience and appropriate tone. Demonstrates logical thought processes in communications. Articulates complex issues in a concise and readily understood manner. Articulates thoughts in a clear, effective and organized manner.
- Lead Business Development regular administrative reports (Sales Force inputs, Regular Reports (5-15’s, Bi-weekly, Country and Meeting Papers).
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
- Extensive leadership background with experience both leading and developing campaigns, delivering results in a complex matrix environment in support of business and mission critical requirements - leading with courage and passion
- Experience leading a diverse team to accomplish complex projects and sales knowledge of fixed wing and rotary wing military aircraft, weapons, and supporting technologies.
- Knowledge of service related products from transactional sales to Performance Based Logistics (PBL) programs
- Proven customer relationship building skills and the ability to influence solutions based upon customer needs
- Middle East regional experience
- MoD services Veteran or relative industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in effective verbal and written and written communication in English and Arabic e.g. Listens to and works to understand others needs or requirements. Communicates confidently and persuasively with a clear sense of audience and appropriate tone. Demonstrates logical thought processes in communications. Articulates complex issues in a concise and readily understood manner. Articulates thoughts in a clear, effective and organized manner.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**
- Experience with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc and cloud-based office environment tools)
- Royal Saudi Air Force Service operations and acquisition experience
- F-15 Pilot / Weapons Systems Officer
- Experience as Capture Team Lead
- Understanding of local norms and culture
