- 1Our client, a leading company specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) services, is seeking an experienced **Sales Manager/Account Manager** to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with clients in the IP sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Intellectual Property Rights domain.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the IP industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored IP solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the Intellectual Property industry.
- Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to drive sales teams to success.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
