Key Account Manager- Private

**Primary Objective**:
Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
- Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible.
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Enlisting of new launched products.
- Double visit with other reps to ensure synergy between them in front of key customers.
- Monitor forecast, orders and DOH with key customers for respective products.
**Accountability / Scope**
- Ability to build strong and long-lasting strategic and trusted relationships with KA.
- Ability to communicate customised value propositions.
- Ability to negotiate long term agreements/ implement activities in the KA.
- Ability to reach consensus and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to monitor performance and adapt plans to external and internal changes.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation plans.
- Knowledge of legal environment/framework vs. negotiations with KA.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Abbott EPD Saudi.
- AE is a must in the last two years.
- Travel ability up to 50%.
- Team player with proven ability to work across different cultures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Presentation and computer skills.
- Multi task oriented.
