We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team at Salla, focusing on managing relationships with shipping companies.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining partnerships with shipping providers to ensure seamless integration and delivery solutions for our merchants. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of e-commerce and help shape the future of online retail.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with shipping companies to develop strategic partnerships and maximize mutual business growth.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned shipping partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product, to drive alignment and ensure effective integration of shipping services within the Salla platform.
4. Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategies that enhance shipping capabilities and differentiate Salla's offerings.
5. Conduct regular business reviews with shipping partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the fulfillment process.
7. Collaborate with the merchant success team to identify key merchant requirements and provide shipping solutions that meet their needs.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to shipping and logistics.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing.
2. Proven experience in key account management or business development, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or e-commerce industry.
3. Strong understanding of shipping operations, fulfillment processes, and logistics concepts.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
8. Familiarity with the Salla platform or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
