Institutional Relations Coordinator

Medina, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Responsible for internal Jeddah/Madinah events in coordination with Corporate Communications & Marketing (CCM) events, exhibition activities, and tasks to ensure project delivery, provide administrative support, maintains updated reporting, and align deadlines and progress across the team.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assists in coordinating,planning, organizing, and executing events such as conferences, trade shows,and fundraisers in coordination with CCM.
- Assists in coordinating,planning, measures, and provides insights for Institutional Relations activities.
- Alignmentsand follow-up with CCM team on executing the coverage plan of the events,exhibitions, seminars, etc.
- Schedules and plans events,including coordinating participant arrangements, handling logistics, anddisseminating materials.
- Coordinates with vendors andsuppliers to arrange catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportationlogistics.
- Coordinates the event on theday of the event, including coordinating with staff, vendors, and attendees toensure a successful event.
- Develops event plans andtimelines, including budgets and resource allocation in alignment withCCM.
- Ensures events run smoothly bytroubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Participates with sectionleaders to ensure alignment of Institutional Relations activities.
- Follows all Hospital’s relatedPolicies and Procedures.
- Participates in self andothers' education, training and development, as applicable.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degreein Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relateddiscipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
**Grade 09**:
One (1)year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’sDegree is required.

**Grade 10**:
Three (3) years of relatedexperience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
