We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Channel Manager to join our client's team (a leader in the Technology Industry) and drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in retail sales and expertise in managing key processes across revenue generation, stock forecasting, and promotions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to spot trends, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

**New Market Penetration**:

- Conduct market research to identify and explore new market opportunities.
- Create and implement strategies for successful market entry.

**New Business Acquisition**:

- Lead initiatives to acquire new clients and grow the customer base across online and offline channels.
- Work closely with Marketing to identify potential business prospects and pursue growth opportunities.

**Stock Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Streamline processes for accurate and timely stock reporting.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain ideal stock levels and develop forecasting models.

**Promoters & Promotions Management**:

- Manage promoter teams, ensuring they are trained and aligned with sales objectives.
- Develop impactful online and offline promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Track promotion effectiveness and provide insights for ongoing improvements.

**Lead Generation**:

- Partner with the Promoters team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Evaluate lead generation success and optimize approaches based on performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Retail Channel Management.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented, tech-savvy, and driven to exceed sales targets.
