**Description**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Non Air Fulfilment Manager to join our team. As the **Non Air Fulfilment Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of non air bookings, ensuring an unparalleled level of service and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of non air fulfilment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the non air fulfilment process, including streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency
- Ensure all non air travel bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination throughout the fulfilment process
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, keeping the team informed and implementing relevant changes to improve service quality and efficiency
- Work closely with technology team and vendors to continuously enhance the non air fulfilment system and tools, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
- Proven experience in non air fulfilment within the OTA, leisure, travel, or tourism industry, with at least [5] years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of non air travel processes, systems, and industry trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive operational improvements
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
