Roles and responsibilities:
1. Preparing the company’s human resources manual and policies and their implementation procedures.
2. Assisting senior management in formulating goals, drawing up the strategic plan and general policies, and participating in decisions that concern the company as a whole.
3. He supervises the implementation of the company’s executive plan programs and follows up on updating them.
4. Planning and preparing policies for attracting and managing human resources in the company.
5. Supervising the management of employees’ files with regard to recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring working hours, departures, leave balances, termination of services, and compensation.
6. Work to establish, amend and develop the company’s internal system in cooperation and coordination with the rest of the departments.
7. Implementing the instructions and procedures approved and issued by the company, the bylaws, and the regulations and laws related to work.
9. Develop a plan for the company’s workforce needs.
10. Managing the process of developing the career ladder in the interest of the company.
11. Managing the company’s compensation policy.
12. Participate in and coordinate interviews in cooperation with the rest of the company’s departments and senior management.
13. Implementing studies in the field of salaries, procedures and evaluation results of employees’ performance and providing recommendations.
14. Supervising the preparation of the monthly payroll for all employees in the company.
15. Supervising the training of employees or recommending their assignment to training courses.
16. Coordination with all departments in the company on all issues related to employees.
17. Documentation of all legal documents, regulations, instructions and decisions issued by the official authorities in the country and the amendments they issue to the labor and social insurance laws.
18. Supervising the preparation, updating and development of job descriptions for all positions in the company in cooperation with other departments.
19. Supervising the development of plans for manpower needs.
20. Supervising the preparation of employee training and development programs at the company level in coordination with department managers, developing an implementation plan for it, and monitoring its implementation and follow-up.
21. Taking care of all disputes that arise between the company and employees and reaching solutions to them in coordination with legal affairs and maintaining all information.
22. Supervising the behavioral situation of employees, including employees’ respect for all laws, company policies, and administrative instructions issued.
23. Explaining the policies and procedures related to the employment of workers and administrative services to the directors of departments and sections and then the workers and supervising their proper implementation.
25. Develop programs to develop employees’ talents and creative abilities and maintain their development.
26. Developing the administrative structure, and developing individuals.
27. Building a successful team and monitoring the smooth functioning of the team.
28. Submitting periodic reports (daily - weekly - monthly) to the General Director.
29. Managing relations with employees and maintaining good communication.
30. Managing the company policy process to develop plans that ensure reducing the turnover rate and increasing employee loyalty to the company.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
